BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.

I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

ANY OF MY ARTWORK, INCLUDING COMMISSIONS CAN NOT BE USED FOR ANY NFTs or AI/AI TRAINING.

★ Client + Payment Information ★

Client info is needed to go through the process of payment for commissions. Any information disclosed including IRL names, locations and or other personal details will NOT be revealed to any outside parties or online unless for legal purposes.I expect the same thing with my own information. Please do not under any circumstances (other than for legal requirements) send outside parties my own private information.

I ask anyone doing business with me for my own designs or commissions be +18. If you are a minor I will not take payment unless it is a SFW design and or design I did not create.

Do NOT use "Friends and Family" option for commissions. Always use "Goods and Services" option through PayPal.

🪲 Paying + Refunds 🐉

Full payment is required before beginning work.
Payment plans can be used for larger works or big projects. Must be discussed before hand, and I have to agree to payment percentages and time periods.
Payment is only accepted through PayPal to my account. Currently I do not own a business account but invoices are planned for the future.
Payment is USD, convert if needed!
Tips are NOT necissary, if you'd like you can always send a tip after the finished commission.
If I am unable to finish your commission I will refund the client to the best of my abilities. I will contact first before sending the payment, stating why I am not able to finish your commission. Debating on how far I am in the commission the refund percentage will vary.
If I have not started your commission, AT ALL by 3 months AFTER payment I will fully refund the client if prompted.

100%	No steps in the process has been taken
75%	Only sketch step has been finished
50%	Only the line art step has been finished

Once the coloring process has begun on a commission the client cannot be refunded

By sending the payment to my account you are atomatically agreeing that you are paying for a digital product/service and there is no expectation of getting a PHYSICAL item. You are also agreeing to forfeit your right to a chargeback through PayPal.
You are agreeing that you are either the owner of the account the money is sent to, or you have full permission to spend said money fully.
Any attempts on a chargeback will AUTOMATICALLY LOSE your commission slot and added to my personal BLACKLIST.
